Pc speakers

HI Guys, Im looking to replace my old creative 5.1 setup for the PC. What do people recommend these days? I am not on a tight budget but i don't want to go crazy prices for what i use it for.
I don't think i really get much from the 5.1 i currently have, im guessing a better quality 2.1 would do me just fine.

inspire 5300 - had them for years. i'd say anywhere you to £400 i would be happy to spend on them
