Hello , I would like some advice/help on getting the pc components together. I'm going to use it to play games such as BF,FIFA,MMOGA games, LoL ,GTA need for speed etc and maybe new games in the future. I'm also going to be doing some video editing aswell as photo (Sony Vegas/After affects and Photoshop) My ratio of gaming to video editing would be something like 60:40.

However I only have a budget of 1200 atm and will get more money later on. I would like the pc to last for atleast 2 years and will need a system which is upgrade able along the lines.

This is something that i came up with. Not sure if its compatible or if you guys can spec a better one , please do so.

Thanks :)

The 280X is a faster card than a GTX960.

The monitor is better at 24" and 1ms response and a bigger SSD

I wouldn't get a 22" monitor in 2015:D

Spending more gets a 290 GFX card.

Added a bigger PSU as if you wanted to do Crossfire later then you need the extra wattage/amps.

There is a slightly cheaper Powercolor 290 card , but the Asus has a longer warranty.

This is a single GFX card setup only.

Its a 290X with four free games.

The PSU is beefy enough for this single graphics card beast that also needs 3 PCI-E power connectors plugged in to it.

I only read that yesterday.

Imagine how many 970 have been suggested to buy just on this forum alone.

Ahh i see , just about to ask what about a 970 as i heard their CUDA Cores will help during rendering. However those builds above look great :) thanks.
