PC Spec for a friend

Hey all,

A friend of mine has been looking at buying a PC, he wants to use a pre-built pc company for this and I want to help him out saving some money making it himself.

Here's the list of components they say they'll put in, it doesn't need to be the same, just equivalent.
Looking for cheaper/better components to put the cost down and pocket the savings and savings from building himself.
He was quoted 1450.

Not worth going for 16GB of RAM then, can cut the bill by another £50-£60.
