PC Spec needed

Hi i'm needing some help in specing up a computer i'm looking to buy soon, i know what i'm looking for, there about but i'm struggling to find the right pc spec for the money. This is about the spec i'm looking for:

Intel Core 2 duo processor (faster the better)
2GB RAM or more
320GB Hard drive
DVD drive
intergrated graphics or a cheap graphics card
operating system: xp pro or vista

all of this for about the £400-£500 mark, i don't mind building the pc myself, so a list of Components or a system will be fine

can anybody help?

based on the advice here is the spec i'm looking at, i'm considering using one of OcUK's barebones systems as a starting point to save money:
