PC Spec request

After 5 years of happy overclocking and gaming my i7 920 system has meet its end at the hands of my 5 year old son and a cup of apple juice.

The case (ATCS 840), 7870, SSDs and HDDs are all ok but the PSU, MB, sound card, memory and CPU are all dead. Tested on my wife's matching system.

Could anyone spec me a new MB, CPU and cooler, PSU and memory? I only have a budget of £600 so I'm guessing I'll have to live with on board sound.

I need a system that can handle new games, can be overclocked and is capable of two way crossfire in the future.
