This is on behalf of one of my friends, as he only had a Gmail account and could not sign up to the Fourms.
I have all ready given him my views on the PC spec, just need some more opnions on the spec of his new pc.

Here is the Spec.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750

HIS ATI Radeon HD 2900XT
Enermax Noisetaker 600W

Do I take it that he already has case, keyboard, mouse, monitor, optical drive and software etc? I'd suggest the Ram is probably overkill, even if overclocking as PC6400 would free up a bit extra cash and do the same job. :)
