pc spec

hi, i'm after a pc around £200-£300 as i'm contemplating building my own. what's the best? it's gonna be used on internet and things like word processing etc.

thanks for the specs. i can't remember ever going intel so does the process change slightly or is it the same?

if they want me too i'm thinking of building one if poss. just don't remember doing intel.
