Can you recommend any other parts that will perform to around the same level as this spec but maybe for a little less. As this PC is not for me. and i have a specific price bracket to be in. The computer is for general use, i.e. Internet some games, and Web Design Programs - Flash, Dreamweaver.....the Usual. Needs to be capable of running these programs smoothly.

Any recommendation welcome.

when you say "Internet some games"
do you mean internet games, or internet AND some 3d games.
if its the former, then you could save a few quid on the graphics card and go with a 5670. it its the latter, then i see nothing wrong with what you have

i5 750 is better, as it is quad core - definitely worth the extra £9.

You could save a bit on the graphics card by switching to the HIS 5770, apparently they are pretty good.

I am assuming there is not going to be any overclocking, as you have no CPU cooler, so your friend/customer/whatever probably wouldn't see the difference between CAS8 and CAS9 Memory... Maybe go for the Patriot G Series to save a little, check out some reviews of them first though.

And you could always squeeze the price of the case down a little, CoolerMaster's budget cases are supposed to be respectable.

i3 530 is a bit less and a great performer. You don't need a 650w PSU, a 400w Corsair will suffice, cheaper Ram, cheaper 5770.

i3 530 £94.99
4GB RAM £94.99
5770 £126.99
Corsair 400W £38.99

Yes sorry should have specified better, it will be used for some games, like GRID, CSS and UT3.

keep your choice of graphics card then.

change that CPU to the 750.

modular psu.

and maybe the motherboard if you ever desire crossfire.
