PC starts for 10 seconds then shuts down and restarts over and over

Sorry on mobile.

I just installed a new cpu cooler voodoo venom and now when i start pc it turns on for 10 se onds then restarts from shutdown. I put my old cooler bacl on and same issue. Im really worried something is broke
 
Try a clear CMOS

Remove the motherboard battery for about 15 mins and replace it back in

Also try to boot with one stick of RAM, try in each slot. Then try with the other stick of RAM

What are your full specs?

He means the pins in the socket mate. Try with one stick of ram mate, the only times this has happened to me was a bent pin, and the next time was a dead stick of ram. But considering you changed your cooler it sounds like cpu related mate, did you fit it with the case standing up or did you lay it down ? I buggered mine buy fitting a cooler without laying the case down, and the cpu must have went in a bit wonky, when I took it out the whole cpu was bent on one corner, and 3 pins were stuck to the bottom from the socket.
 
I tried ram 1 by 1 and no luck and i fitted it while layed down and cpu looked fine when i took it out. I got some thermal paste on one of the gold circles on top of the cpu on edge but cleaned it off with bud
 
Ok i tried again 1 stick of ram now i have got a screen and stopped restarting screen just says proces name and speed and says csmos date and time not set f1 to continue but my keyboard aint working lol
