PC starts up but stops immediately

Do you have another PSU you can test with?

Try Wazza's suggestion next. A 1000w should obviously be enough, but it may be something is causing a short.
 
My opinion:
Try taking off the waterblock and putting back the air cooler. See if that solves the issue.
I am 90% sure that your motherboard is being shorted somewhere. Perhaps there is a leak or a piece of metal shorting out.
I dont believe there is anything wrong with his hardware...just the physical installation.
 
Do you have anything connected to the sysfan connectors on the motherboard? Might be that the system isn't seeing a fan so is shutting down to prevent overheating?
