PC stopped working

Hi, a couple of days ago my PC froze and I held down the power button to turn it off. I went to turn it back on and it doesn't power on. Nothing, no signs of life. I tried the psu in another computer and it works fine so it's not that. Any ideas?

did you try the psu with the same power cable?, are there any leds coming on at all on the motherboard, i assume not when you say no signs of life at all.

Reset the CMOS by removing the battery from the motherboard. Wait 30 seconds and then replace. You may need to adjust any settings in the BIOS after you have done it as it takes everything back to default.
