Hello I put together my pc today and installed windows but after windows install and pc restarted , it got stuck on the MSI logo and the spinning circle on the bottom stopped too and is stuck. Any idea what’s doing this? Please let me know if you guys have any suggestions. Thanks

I always go back to basics and remove everything but one stick of ram, CPU and GPU then see if you can boot into bios.

But since you've had windows installed it doesn't sound like anything you would need to do above.

What have you got as your primary boot device?

My primary boot up says Hard disk , I hVe an M.2 which I installed the windows on but when installing windows I entered my key and then it was installing files then restarted and that’s when it got stuck on logo.

no beeps nothing , I took our RAM and put it back , took the GPU out and put it back as well

Will it go into the bios? Check the boot order and make sure it’s set to the m.2.

Yes I can access the bios , I changed the boot drive to my M.2 and after saving the settings , my pc restarts and goes to windows 10 install screen.
