Hey, I've been having a problem with my PC since last Monday.
it's been hard to get it to turn on the past few days!
Normally I press the power button, the fans all comes on, GPU fan goes at 100% then after about 4 seconds the gpu fan settles and the bios startup screen comes on. Hunky Dory
The problem is now I press the power button, the fans all comes on, everything sounds normal, but the GPU fan stays at 100% and the bios never pop up on screens, it stays like that and I have to hold the power button to turn it off.
I keep turning it on and off until randomly it finally posts, then it boots without a problem and is fine for the rest of the day once it's on. It took 30 mins of turning it on and off today to finally get it to post.
Specs as Follows:
Things I've tried that haven't had any effect:
- Put eveything back to stock
- Reseated everything
- Tried different GPU and RAM
I don't really no what else to do to determine what's wrong? they only parts I haven't been able to swap to see are the CPU, Motherboard and Power supply, could any of these 3 be causing the difficulty to Post?

- 2 gigs of Crucial PC2-6400 Ballistix
- 4x 250GB Seagate 7200.10 HDDs
- Nvidia 280GTX
- Antec P182 case
- The Corsair HX620W psu
