Pc taking all the Internet !

We have just recently gotten bt infinity fibre optic broadband and as soon as my pc is connected It uses up all the Internet and nothing else can get any access ? Any help would be much appreciated !

it's a virus or spyware, run something like spybot or take it to a pc repair place

When you say nothing else can use it, are they connected wirelessly or via a cable to the router? Are they connecting to the network ok?

They can connect fine then afterwards, for instance my ipad won't load any web pages

Firewall issue?

IP conflict issue?

Change and tweak a few settings on your router.

Ask BT on their support forum or look around their support forum.

What are you using the PC for in regards to internet usage. Pause any downloaders and check for malware. If nothing is obvious there try hard resetting your router and see if that helps.
