PC just died on me, tuned off in middle of game with sound screming out my speakers, tried to turn it back on and getting nothing.
Tried a new psu tho only plugged in the 2 cables for the motherboard and still dead.
Motherboard gone? Or anything else i needto check

could be cpu, mobo or ram.

disconnect everything to the mobo and only use one stick of ram and only try booting into the bios.

try it without ram, it /should/ beep if it doesnt then its the motherboard.

yer with nothing but cpu in it does nothing, doesnt seem to be getting any power, no spin of any fans or anything

sounds like a mobo problem, is there anyway to get a different mobo OR cpu?

how old is it? could you rma it back to the manufacturer?

get in contact with the retailer. I assume that they are a trusted seller? Remember not to quote the name of the company unless it is OC.

Cheers folks, RMA'd to gigabyte 4pm monday and just received it back today, seems it was the problem, they repaired something anyways
