I have seen a few machines that pass memtest and prime 95 but do blue screen / crash. I guess its some issue with sata controllers or video etc can anyone recommend some free test software I can leave in a loop for a few days to properly test a machine?

What i have done before is run programs like disk defrag, disk clean up, virus scan and and maybe another clean up tool all at the same time.
Just a few programs that max the resources and see how it copes. But prime95 etc will stress it further but its just another angle to try.
