pc to run an Oculus quest 2

My mate has got himself an oculus quest 2 and wants to run it on his pc. I built his pc years ago and it's old,basic and runs the graphics from the cpu. Can you spec me a pc setup that will run the VR and allow him to get the most out of it? His wife is on his back about the cost so it can't be an expensive one and top spec.
He will need a motherboard, cpu, ram, graphics card and power supply.

What's his budget and Have you seen the minimum and recommended specs ?

His budget is around £800. I have an old I7- 5820k and mb he can have. So i guess he just needs a psu,ram and gfx

Memory check your board specs but 32gb costs around £130.

Gpu prices are crazy , 6600xt fits in budget unless you can squeeze in a 3060ti and may be lucky enough to get a founders edition.
