PC to TV via S-VHS

I would like to connect my PC to the TV, the only connections I have is a scart socket at back of the TV and the S-VHS and phono sockets at front. What would the picture output look like using the S-VHS connection from the graphics card.

Panasonic 28" 100hz Flat Screen

Will only be using it for internet / music / video / basic games.

It well look awful. Blurry, does your TV not have a VGA or DVI input?

or a HDMI input?

ive got a cable with DVI on one end for my card, and HDMI for the tv, works a treat, 42" screen and it displays crystal clear.
