PC too good to pass up?

Hello

I've been offered the following PC at a ridiculously good price (£550)
Would I be MAD to pass this up?
I currently run an AMD945 oc'd to 3.7ghz with 6850 graphics.

UNIT: All components housed in the HAF X gaming case
MOBO: Asus P8-Z68 V-PRO
CPU: i5 2500K (edition) Sandybridge quad core cpu overclocked at 4.6GHZ
CPU is cooled by the award winning Noctua NHD14 DUAL RAD heat sink.
RAM: Corsair XMS 8GB DDR3 Dual Channel running at 1600 MHz
HDD: 1TB F1 spin point 7200RPM 16Mb cache storage driver
SSD: Crucial M4 64GB solid state disk
GRAPHICS: Two Crossfired AMD/ATI MSI 6970 PRO's EACH with 2GB DDR5
PSU is OCZ GOLD EDITION 1000W fully modular power unit
Monitor: BenQ 24 inch 1920X1080 LED DVI
Logitech Keyboard
Gigabyte MX optical Gaming/precision mouse
Gigabyte Ghost Gaming mouse mat.

The CPU and RAM are running over clocked (VERY fast even at stock) and are 24H Prime 95 Stable and 27 Passes Intel Burn Test Stable Memory Memtest 20 passes stable.

The mrs isn't too impressed as it's coming up to Christmas, but.....

All I can say is that's a great PC.

Check what its cost if you were to buy new and compare.
