Ok here we go...

Case: No top vents as my cat keeps sitting on my one and its a hazard for my system, preferably Black, (so rear vent and front intake with easy clean dust filter).

CPU: Top of the line, used for multi tasking Gaming/programming/Financial Trading, intend to high/stable overclock.

cooling: Something good enough to keep the overclocking stable, I don't want a custom watercooled system and want it all internal to the case.

Motherboard: No sure how Motherboards really interact with the system, but ideally one that makes over clocking easier and upto the standard of doing the job and allows bootable from PCI-E storage.

Ram: 32GB of decent speed/quality to match the over clock.

Storage: Top of the line in terms of Speed and storage, I don't want to Raid, so that would be Intel 750 1.2TB? (Was also thinking of getting the 400GB for backup/storages), I don't want a mechanical drive they are too slow and I'm very impatient with these things.

Graphics card: Don't need. (Already have a GTX 980Ti)

Sound Card: Don't need.

PSU: Modular design would be nice.

Thermal Paste: (Not sure If I will need, depends on the cooler I guess)

If I have forgotten something please feel free to add or mention it, I don't have a budget as I want the best.

A few months ago I brought the GTX 980 Ti, Had I done some more research or asked, I would have waited for the 1080. Is there any up coming technologies (Storage/CPU) that I should be consider waiting for.

Seeing as you've not stated a budget, why not go for an 8Pack system...?

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/infi...-watercooled-extreme-gaming-pc-fs-453-oe.html

A: It uses HDD for storage ,
B: I don't need 2x GTX1080 as I already have a graphics solution.
C: The case is Top Vented.
D: Not enough Ram
E: out of Stock.

Just becasue I have no budget doesn't mean the most costly system is the best. Nor does it justify wasting money.

EDIT:
Just seen that options can be customized to remove the HDD/Ram issue, it doesn't remove the Gphx or Top vented case.

Worth a try eh ;)

Ok, so you've indicated that you wanted a top of the line CPU, are you against the Intel 10-core or were you looking at 6/8 core chips?

EDIT: Also worth mentioning, you're going to be hard pushed to find a case which doesn't have vents on the top

Worth a try indeed :)

For CPU, I would say that 6/8 would be fine, whilst 10 core isn't a problem a assume there is a cost such as lower clock speed?

Not one that you'd notice, it would be very beneficial for multitasking. What about a pre-overclocked bundle?

Well that case has a good solution to my cat problem, and acceptable since nothing can fall into it.

I question the designer of the circular copper plate for the cooling (if it works no problem what so just looks inefficient since either it would not cover the whole CPU or over hang?.

Prettymuch every cooler I have worked with recently is circular, even intels own.

Currently the "winning" system. What's the over-clocking capabilities of this CPU? (What could I realistically expect). The case is a little bit of a worry with that the Intake is directly onto the radiator (making it harder to clean) other then that seems decent.

My logic behind the fans and radiator is this:

Outside Case
---
Case Edge
---
Fan sucking are OUT
---
Radiator
---
Inside Case

That way most of the dust is on the Radiator and easy to remove rather then between the Fans.

The 6950X cpu was only released yesterday, so not a lot in known as to its limits.

Pauls hardware did a review with an overclock though, 4.3ghz I think.

You won't capture 100% of the dust, you'll have to run a hoover past the grille to clean it - even with Demciflex, dust may will creep as it collects more. Ideally, you want the following:

Front = Pulling Air in
Top = Venting out (heat rises and all that)
Back = Venting out

Ok I'm probably going to order this within the next 30 minutes so it gets delivered tomorrow. I watched the video.

Am i forgetting anything?

Ok thanks for this.

Does anyone have a simple guide on how to over-clock this without doing damage? (I'll be checking the other sections shortly)

I only threw it together fast so possibly there is things missing. An OS and probably extra case fans at least. Might want to have someone who actually runs X99 to look at it first. (compatibility)

Ok, lets hope it works then since I Already hit order button (was close to order deadline and I need it tomorrow), I added the OS and 3x Display Port Cables
