Heyo,

I've been having a problem with my pc. It's tripping out instantly after pressing the on button, fans spins then trips.

The lights on the mb stays on but I'm then unable to boot it back on until I mains turn off and on.

Last time my ek phoenix went up in smoke so I've changed the cooler, changed the psu, changed the ram and it's still same.

I've had the mb tested and it's fine only thing I haven't managed to change out is the cpu but I doubt that trips the pc out?

Any help or direction to go would be greatly appreciated.

Cpu is 2700x,
mb x470 Asus rog,
ram 16gb t-force 8 pack edition.

So I've managed to sort it out by changing the power molex cable? Out for my ssd and pump.

Only now one my ek phoenix aio tubing is working....Bah, idling with high temps of 88c right now.

Are you saying one tube is warm and the other isn't? In that case, it's possible your pump has failed and liquid isn't travelling around the loop. Might explain why your power supply cable failed.

ek phoenix
undo the quick disconnects on the tubing and redo them you may have not fitted them right and the tubing is still sealed stopping the flow.

I can feel the vibrations on one tube and nothing on the other
if you can feel the vibrations the pump is doing something, dose the pump block have a 3/4pin header for RPM sensor. if it dose fit it to the CPU header on the board and go to BIOS and see if its reading normal speeds.

is it a full new cooler? if not there could be an air lock in the pump or low fluid level, have you looked at the top up point

Yeah it's a full new one, what I'm thinking is maybe it's a buggy rad part...Blooody sucks this!

The vibrations are only on one of the tubbing lines (inflow), tried on gpu and cpu separately both have no return flow.

Tried reconnecting multiple times, nothing...Bah!
