Ok fingers crossed I have posted this in the correct location, my pcs have been broadcasting everything I have been doing even when I do a fresh install and delete everything or format it it still keeps on broadcasting, I have even tried putting in a new hard drive but that did not work either. I have disabled the wireless on my Internet and that has not fixed it. I have even caught a foreign MAC address on the network log. Have tried norton 360 didn't help either . Someone put a modified desktop registry in remote assistance after doing a fresh install on my laptop that was not even connected to the Internet and the only way I stopped it was by blocking the firewall of everything altogether but then I can't use it. I don't know what else to do to solve this problem. Someone has even witnessed this happening too can anyone help me please?
I am using 2 laptops and 1 gaming desktop running windows7 home premium

basically people can see what i am doing on my screen, but also what about the registry being changed without being connected to any network, also what other information would you require to help me with this further please?
Would reflashing the bios help or is that a new motherboard time?

Says who?

For this to happen after a fresh format and install would point me to a dodgy version of windows!

Also if you have disabled/disconnected all network adapters there is no way for anyone to access your computer! It is physically impossible for anyone to be connected to you!

they still managed to change the remote assistance registry plus how would he know my pc was on unless he could see my pc had been turned on by broadcasting to them, laptops dont run modified desktop remote assistance registries and i didnt put it there or do they lol???? they are all genuine versions, the one on the laptop in question was actually bought from overclockers themselves so that cant be the problem can it?

Its a very weird and unusual problem but whoever has done this really knows what they are doing, it went quiet and i was at work when i did a fresh install and completely deleted everything on the hard drive doing a custom install and i just figured they were up to something and blocked the firewall and then found that.

Close your curtains.

Seriously who is telling you this, how are exactly are they saying they see it, what proof have they given you? Also who did this "clean" install for you and who did you let into your registry over remote connection?

i have not let anyone in through remote connection everything is all set as default apart from remote access i have changed the allow your computer to be controlled remotely and allow remote assistance to both un ticked boxes
i did the clean install by following guidelines from the seven forums

Who is telling you this?

Nobody will ever admit to this at it is illegal plus people are nosey and inquisitive and would not mind viewing other people's computers for the fun of it plus when I do go onto my wifi password to change it they can see that too and gain access to my Internet and I proved that to my girlfriends uncle who too also found this very hard to believe but shown him that when they see the page with the access key they could then start using it again as I was using the virgin router as a modem for a tp link router and the only way you could get the code for the virgin router was on the back of it or by actually seeing what I was viewing and when my girlfriends uncle went on to the Internet password page to show them the code after 10 minutes I then disabled the wifi to get a reaction and it did. The only way you would ever had believe this is if you were there at the time which is true other than telling the truth what more can I do as this is a genuine call for help from someone being attacked who has knowledge of which they should not be using as they are and to do so is 100% illegal but it's just proving it, like I have said I have found a foreign mac code using my Internet for even further proof all I need is further evidence to **** em up good and proper.

You've still not articulated your problem well, and a lot of it doesn't add up.

You've not shown any evidence that someone is monitoring your actual PC and I doubt that's the case if you've clean installed it. It sounds more like you've an open/compromised WiFi and someone has been able to mess with your router settings. Take it offline, change the security settings/IDs/passwords, allow only known MACs.

I can assure you the wifi is turned off and administrative tasks can only be performed by my LAN desktop mac address and remote management through port 80 or 8080 is disabled

I did notice though when I downloaded Microsoft network monitor that igmp was running along with ipv6 multicast could this be ways of viewing what I am doing? These are on by default though for windows firewall

I think I have found the problem I downloaded windows 7 firewall control and have found that in the local system it is broadcasting also it is broadcasting under lan gaming. I tried completely deleting the hard drive and only installing the lan driver for the motherboard and only guard wired the PC to the internet via the virgin super hub setup as modem only and downloaded the sphinx firewall control and sure enough it is broadcasting yet again, this is not normal behaviour for any PC plus this was on a new hard drive recently installed. I can stop the PC from broadcasting by the firewall control but it does not make sense that it is broadcasting in the first place

I just thought OP, if you use Microsoft Network Monitor you can capture all outgoing / incoming traffic. If you log it for a while and post some logs for me to see I will be able to see straight away if there is any issues here.

It does seem a little strange how it can be happening though so lets just see some traffic logs.

Bear with me on the network monitors been doing a dew fresh installs so the data i s always being removed, not helping I know sorry
