PC turns on after sleep

OK weird issue after changing my graphics card from a HD6850 to a 760. Anytime I enter sleep mode about 5 minutes into sleep, the pc restarts. Then after 10 minutes it sleeps again (I set the time in power options in the control panel). Any ideas?

Make sure all your drivers are up to date, make sure nothing is shaking your mouse (can be disabled in drivers), make sure there's nothing on your network waking your PC up (can also be disabled in network drivers).

Well I've checked the network adapaters and they're not set to wake the PC up. I'll try those links thanks.
