Ok, my GF is having some strange problems with her PC.
her PC connects to the internet wirelessly Via their BT homehub, however, for some reason the network now shows as having limited connectivity (it literally just stopped working during web browsing).
I have tried getting windows to automatically repair the connection but it is unable to. It keeps saying there is a problem with the router or broadband connection. I have tried manually assigning the machine an IP addres, gateway and DNS server but this also didnt work. Signal strength is high so this is not the problem. Restarting the router does not appear to have done anything to help.
The homehub deffinatly works as I can connect to it with my phone, as can the rest of the people in her house.
Machine is a phenom II 955 4GB ram running vista 64bit home.
The wi-fi card is a bit of a cheapy, I belive it's a netgear of some kind but has been reliable up untill now.
Any suggestions on where to go next would be appreciated.
