Hi all, a few years back i upgraded my office computer which was a HP Pavilion 500 - 570na ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/HP-Pavilion-500-570na-Desktop-GeForce/dp/B00SBB9M7C ) so i would be able to run games, i done this with a motherboard and GPU.

Below are the current specs....
- I7 4790s 3.2GHz
- 12 GB DDR3 RAM
- HP 500w PSU
- MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
- EVGA 1050 TI 4GB GPU
- SanDisc 2TB Hard Drive

I want to upgrade this so i can run VR and games on a higher graphic setting.
I was thinking of getting another 1050 TI to run parallel since my mother board allows me to, and upgrade the RAM to 16GB gaming RAM, but i dont know if that would be a good idea or not, or if i would have to swap out my PSU to a more powerful one.

Please let me know if you know if this would work or have a better idea..

Many thanks in advance
Jamie.S

States when running game:
CPU: 51%
Memory: 79%
Disk: 1%
GPU: 10%
Power usage: Very High

Get a better card a 1050ti is not very good. Dont get another ! Id get a new psu also to be safe. Depending on budget a whole new rig is due i think.

Agree with all of the above. If you can i'd start from scratch, there's limited life left in your CPU, its considerably slower than a CPU costing £100-£120 today.
