PC Upgrade - CPU-MOBO-RAM

Looking at upgrading my PC, I've gone ahead and ordered a EVGA 1080 FTW,
and with my other components being somewhat aged, I want to go ahead and do an overhaul on my PC.

So I've been looking at these:

I am a big time gamer, general browsing, often use Photoshop, and casual 3d max user.

I thought I would ask the experts opinions before going ahead with this,
I think they are compatible, but I'm no wiz at motherboards and just wanted to make sure I haven't overlooked anything, or yet if theres better alternatives.
Scanning through at CPU coolers but I'm ok with that.

I do understand that for what I do, I don't necessarily need this much of a jump, and my CPU is currently on its last legs as I've been having issues which have lately been getting worse.

I have the upgrade itch, and it wont go away

Looking at around the 600 quid mark, maybe 650 tops, air cooling, the processor I linked is the latest i7 6800k cpu, which is surely a better choice over the 6700k or 5820k right?

As u said, i have no plans at this time to go for sli, so Im gonna play it sensibly and put my money where it counts

Now my only issue is whether to go water cooled or not >.<
