PC upgrade for Photoshop [£200]

Hello,

I am looking to upgrade my pc as its 5 years old and I need extra speed for my Photoshop work. I need to be able to edit about 700Mb files which is currently taking ages as all the options and saving loads forever.

I am looking to buy new motherboard with 8Gb RAM (DDR3) which needs to be compatible with other parts, got about £200/£250 total to spend. Do you think that's enough?

My current set up:
CPU - Intel Core Duo E8400 3.00GHz
Motherboard - ASUS P5Q-E
RAM -DDR2 4GB 533.2 MHz
Graphics Card - ATI Radeon HD5850 1Gb
Windows 7

This bundle should do the trick, would you mind telling us the make and model of your PSU as well? Also are any of your HDDs/ODDs PATA? If so they'll need to be upgraded as well.
