pc upgrade help!

so yeah hey i love my pc gaming but think its due a time for an upgrade ready for arma 3/ battlefield 4 ect ect and i actually have no clue due to another family member normally handles this stuff for me haha i just do the killing (virtually) haha my specs are

intel core 2 duo
ASUS p5W DH Deluxe
Radeon X1950 pro
3072mb ram
2x 200GB hard drives

and im wanting to run these games on high settings but of course not matter how much it disappoints me money is always a problem so haha cheaper the better haha thanks guys im really appreciative the help i can get
 
atm i have a cool master praetorian case so im good case wise and i could do with a new dvd/rw drive as mine just keeps diapering, im literally as thick as thieves when it comes to computers all i do is game haha, my psu is a tagan bz 600w as for os i am cluless sorry
 
windows 7 ultimate, im hoping max £300 i don't know if that's possible but yeah that would be very max ideally £200 im happy to buy used parts
