PC Upgrade help

Hi all,

Im looking for some help with upgrading my pc
What im looking at getting is a SSD,RAM and Graphics card
just not sure which ones would go with my motherboard
any help would be much appreciated

What i have already:
CPU: Intel Core i5 7400 @ 3.00GHz Kaby Lake 14nm Technology

RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1198MHz (17-17-17-39)

Motherboard: Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. H110M GRENADE (MS-7A82) (U3E1)

Graphics card: 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (MSI)

Do you know make and model psu you have ?

All i know is that the pc is a MSI Infinite series 8th gen

For the PSU not to sure cant seem to get to it il will have to strip it down to get it out
