If you want to run two cards in your machine, with a budget of £200 you could either.

1. Buy another 670 and save some money
2. Buy 2 used 7950/7970/280x
3. Wait till launch of GTX 960/Next AMD cards.
4. Buy a single R290 or used 290x.

The GTX 970's are great cards, not sure which one is the best of the bunch but they start at £250, so thats only an extra £50 to find.
