PC Upgrade - Ram help

So i'm upgrading my cpu mobo and ram after a recent 2500k death.

I'm pretty confident on the CPU and mobo (linked below)

Difference between them is top link is 3000MHz

bottom link is 3200MHz. Not a massive difference but its up to you really. Its good RAM in my opinion and I always go with Corsair RAM, the price difference inst massive between them so really its how flexible your budget is. I think you will be fine with either though.

What is it your PC will be doing? Any heavy rendering?
