PC Upgrade - what next?

So I'm in the fortunate position to be able to upgrade my PC, although I'm not sure what to replace to see the best results. My current rig is as follows:

Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M (USB3)
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600 Viper Red
GPU: Asus GTX 650 1GB
PSU: Corsair GS600
HDD: WD 1TB (shifting my OS to an SSD once I figure out how to do it without restoring)

It is 100% for gaming and I typically only play LoL, CS:GO, WoW and FIFA.

I've identified the motherboard as the weakest link, but I'm not sure how great the difference will be if its upgraded.

Any advice/suggestions greatly appreciated

The motherboard is Ok and unless your getting lots of crashes is fine. The only think I would do is add some ramsinks to the power mosfets to help keep them cool especially if your overclocking the cpu.

A new graphics card will make a massive difference to you from the suggested r9 270x to a gtx 970 @ £260 depending upon your budget and case size.

I have at least 200 to spend, more if it can be justified.

In regards to the GPU, would it really see much of a difference with the games listed above? I always thought they where more CPU driven
