hiya my specs are:

AMD Athon 64 X2 3800+ (2ghz)
1GB DDR2 667 Corsair
Nvidia 7600 GT 256MB

Im looking to upgrade it really but duno what to do any suggestions got about 350 -400 to spend.

Are those the only 3 components you are looking to upgrade?
Will you be overclocking?

This is a pretty good rig for general use and light to medium gaming. I doubt you'll do too much better than this and stay in the budget.
 
Well if you want to keep your current PSU, case, and HDD you can get the following which would be a huge upgrade, assuming it'll fit in your case and your PSU is up to the task:

Are you currently overclocking your X2? Is your motherboard AGP or PCI-e? A cheaper upgrade might be the X1950 Pro I mentioned above and a 1x2 GiB DDR 400 kit.
 
You won't be able to get a 6000+ unless you get a new motherboard, as yours is socket 939 and everything higher than 4800+ is for socket AM2. At that point you might as well switch to the Intel side since they're faster for the money right now.
