PC Upgrade

I'm planning on upgrading my PC .

I've chosen these components, was hoping that anyone could give me some advice / check that everything is compatible?

Build

AMD Bulldozer FX-4 Quad Core 4170 Black Edition 4.20Ghz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail

ATI Raedon 5770 HD @ 1GB.

Other Info:
I'll be planning on using the stock cooler that comes with the CPU until i can afford an After Market Cooler .

went mATX as that is what i have inside my case already.

+ I am already familiar with AMD, and the way their architecture/motherboards work etc etc (i understand how compatible they are more-so than Intel Stuffs).

Plus i've heard that Intel CPU's are more expensive for the same performance of AMD .
