Pc upgrade

Morning ladies and gentlemen, I'm selling my Pc to a friend to upgrade to this new that I'm sourcing from the bay I'm willing to chance my luck the specs of the new pc are as follows: 3930k, 780ti Evga classified, 16gb 2133mhz, Asus rampage extreme, 1Tb HDD, watercooler for the cpu, Cm trooper case.

Do you think this upgrade from my current spec in sig is worth a £200 upgrade?

its worth it for £200, but only if you trust that ebayer and that they're not selling you a lemon
