PC upgrade

Hello people.!
im really new into this and i really needed an upgrade advice and i didnt want to get it from the local pc market because people usually try to sell what is available, so this is my current set up

motherboard: gigabyte 970a-ds3p
cpu:amd fx6350 6core
storage:ssd 256gb
gpu:asus r7 265 series
ram:ddr3 8gb single channel

i am looking for a cheap upgrade because the last couple of month my pc have started to randomly freezing into some games that it didnt before.
i was looking to get a new ram or ssd, maybe this is causing it, so i am here asking you

Are all your driver's up to date ?
Might be your GPU .
Does it freeze on other applications such as web browsing etc ?

yeah broswer, teamspeak , discord i dont think its game releated

Try running unigine bench marks like valley and heaven . Run bench or just let it loop and see
Fire strike from 3d mark is a good one , if it crashes then could well be GPU .

That or PSU

i believe i have furMark installed does this do the same job? also is there something cheap i could upgrade? maybe go for 8gb more ram dual channel?
