Agreed, but that problem could have been separate from the psu - power surge, dodgy power lead, loose connection etc... But, sometimes fuses just go pop - worth a try. (my last fuse broke due to the tumble dryer tripping the fuse box.)
But as, mejinks, mentions you need to check for reasons as to why it may have blown in the first place. If you feel the house tripped as a direct result of the psu - and your unsure about identifying the problem than perhaps a fuse change is not for you.
Edit: i should have really added this discaimer when i made my first post - i blame lack of sleep (our kids don't seem to realise you have to sleep the whole of the night through...)
