PC will install Windows 10 32bit but not 64bit

Hey basically my friends pc (new build) will only let him install windows 10 32bit but when he tries to install 64bit it blue screen with an error code PAGE FAULT IN NONE PAGED AREA. He is installing it off a windows 10 pen drive.

Could anyone help us out as we have no idea

could be faulty RAM since 32bit only sees the first 4gb, try the install with just 1 ram module in
