Pc will not booty correctly

Overclocking my pc and its failing to boot into bios so i cant lower my fsb :(
I have my manual and have a rough estimate on how to take away the memory chip 2 reset my bios but want some information first.

I was overclocking my
amd 4000+
2gig pc 3200 200mhz ram
x850 xt pe stock
thermaltake 480w psu @

240 x 10.5 @ 2500 ish 1,650 voltage @ 58c
ht multiplier at 4 = 960
2/2 ratio on memory so 240

This was stable running blend test for 10 minutes so i decided to up to 250 fsb and lower ht multi to 3 and then lower cpu multi to 10 but pc was booting at windows login screen and now i cant change the fsb back as when the booting screen is on it FREEZES ON DETECTING IDE yet it detects them first time and then repeats this process,

sofar i have tried removing a stick of memory coz i dont want to remove the memory chip encase i damage my board as i have never done it before. anyhelp? USING MY LAPTOP SO PLEASE REPLY FAST, any help appreciated
 
lol omg crap! looked at my manual again and checked my board and theres just 2 pins, i dont have anything to take off or put on o reset my bios! i have everything or should havee in my box but nothing that fits! any help?

Manual says you may clear the cmos data to its default bla bla
short 1-2pin default doesnt include the jumperto prevent improper use of this header?

does that mean that its not included?
 
turned giving it a last chance to try and change fsb manually and the bios had been reset?
wtf did i do anyone>? i put a little blak clip over the 2 pins near clear cmos but it didnt fit properly or didnt seem to, i also removed a cable at the top left of the mobo the atx power connector?

Any ideas? i didnt get round to removing the battery? is it safe to replace the battery to reboot in future?
 
unplug pc then remove the motherboard battery (this has the same effect as using the jumper). Leave for a mintue then replace battery, plug pc back in and hey presto - it should boot.

If it still dosn't boot up then get a very large lump hammer and........
