PC will not power off when shutdown

Recently my other PC will not power off when shutting down from Windows 7. After the "shutting down" screen it remains powered on but goes back to the BIOS and boots again.

Any ideas?

I don't mean to be demeaning but that sounds like your restarting not shutting down..

Does the PC turn off when you hold the power switch?

Fixed it.

The latest Intel Rapid Storage Drivers don't play well with my old motherboard (P5B Deluxe)
