PC will not start!

I shut down my PC on Sunday night, everything was fine. Went to turn it on the next day and nothing happened! Tried everything, test psu and plug. I've never had any problems with it before. I have no clue what's wrong with it! Thanks in advance

Checked every cable!
Specs are cpu intel 3570k
MB gigabyte z77x-d3h
Psu seasonic G series 650w
Ram g.skill ripjaws x
2tb hd 120bg ssd samsung 840
Gpu msi twin frozr3 7950

Cleared cmos and tried without gpu, changed the fuse and nothing happens on the screen, just dead!

Yeah, tried disconnecting the drivers no luck! Would a cpu failure curse this problem?

If it's the cpu or mobo, wouldn't I get some sort of power up? Or some signs of life?

I tested it in my brothers pc and it worked fine! My guess would be the mobo because it normally powers the fans up for a second when I plug it in and it's not even doing that!
