Hi guys!
First time here!
Got my new system ("Ultima Vanquish" Intel Core i7 920 D0 2.66GHz @ 3.80GHz) a day or so ago, more than happy with it however:
Whenever it goes into sleep mode, peripherals such as the mouse, keyboard and monitor stay asleep!
When I press the power button to wake the PC up, the tower comes to life but nothing else. I have searched the net high and low and come up with the theory that it may be the overclock which is causing this?
Anyhow, here is what I have checked:
1. Within Bios S3 sleep is enabled, all USB devices are set to wake from sleep.
2. When I go into hardware properties for the mouse etc, all are set to wake the system.
Its not a major issue, I have simply selected "sleep NEVER" within my power settings, but it is a little nagging!
Any ideas on this one?
Many thanks
DC
