They're jelly moulds.
It's for the AMD GPU users - You take the free Haribo, place it in the mould, then sit it atop your graphics card and melt it. Remove and sit for 1hr, then press out of the mould and you have a Haribo composite shaped like a withered nutsack... which then matches your feelings when you start wishing you'd bought Nvidia instead.

It's all about the matchy-matchy co-ordination, bro!! :D

They are call Speed Shapes, used by us painters to test and/or display colours. The curves help to show off any effects in the paint, i.e. pearls, metalics, flips etc.
