PC Wizard 2008

When i load up PC Wizard it says -

Run-time error'-2147023838 (80070422)':
Automation error
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or becasue it has no enabled devices associated with it.

Anyone any idea why it's doing this, and how to fix it?

have you tried removing and reinstallling it.?

yeah tried that a couple of times now - also downloaded sisoftware and that wont run either
