pc wont boot after failed overclock but can still enter bios

hey guys

So i tryed overclocking my pc using the bios instead of the OC genie on my mobo
I can still enter bios is i push the clear cmos button but after that it wont go any further, just shows a white dash flashing in the top left corner

Im just taken the cmos battery out and unplugged all sata drives etc and removed 1 stick of ram, going to wait for an hour then try it

My system specs

I5 760
Msi p55 gd80
2x4gb xms3 1600mhz
Hd 6990
320gb hdd
250gb hdd
Antec truepower 750w
Asus dgx sound card
Antec khuler 620 cooler

Please help, im worried that ive damaged something and cant afford to replace anything for a long time

Try it with just one hdd sounds like it can't find any drives reset cmos and try again

Its all running again thank you

But ot does the same again when i plug my second hdd in (my game drive)

Any reason for this and anyway it can be solved?

will a clean windows re-install solve it and removing the data on both drives?
