So basically this afternoon my PC has decided it doesn't want to boot up. It sometimes reaches post before it shuts down and restarts but sometimes it doesn't even reach that, I can't even access the BIOS to change anything. I hadn't made any changes to my PC since it was working fine last night. Video of what it does can be found below. I'm thinking it's either RAM or PSU related but not sure what where to start. http://youtu.be/TiwP9X1iu_A

Well it turns out if I leave it long enough restarting it eventually boots! Next time it does it I'll give that a try and let you know!

Make sure components fully seated + cables fully home, reset Bios.

Read your mobo manual on how to reset your bios.

Okay so this is what I've tried so far with no luck: Reseating RAM, removing RAM, removing GPU and other non essential components, tried a different known working power supply , reset cmos via jumping two pins, yet the computer still refuses to boot and constantly restarts therefore I'm left thinking it's a faulty motherboard

Check the connection on the reset switch if your case has one - unplug that cable on the motherboard in case its screwed and triggering reboot in error due to a short.

Is it stuck in a loop? if so try holding down the start button until loop breaks and enter the bios if you can, if that's corrupt then it should reset using the second bios, if its a dual bios that is, might want to update your bios too if you get the chance, its a known problem on GB boards (Z68&Z77 iirc)
