PC Won't boot, please help. GCSE Work on there.

Hi,
I really need you help.
My spec is in my Sig.
I restarted my PC and when it got the cycle before the POST the screen just stayed black and wont pass.
The power light flashes for some reason at a constand and no beeps.
I removed the RAM and CPU but no change.
No CPU the light stayed on green.
Removed GPU and it beeps.

Ive also tried resetting BIOS to no avail

Please please please help me, Dont have a clue whats wrong.
Ive tried two moniters.
Its not booting and I don't have a clue whats wrong.
Before I restarted I deleted a couple of programs but I doubt that has anything to do with it,

If it has important data on there put it in another PC as a slave drive and get that info off on to a CDR/DVDR or whatever before you go messing around with anything.

Yeah I managed to get the data off of there.

1. Can someone please tell me why the light keeps flashing?
2. Has the mobo gone duff?
3. I heard about a complete BIOS reset, where you remove the battery aswell?
4. Should the computer boot with no Graphics card?
Im not too sure.

Edit- My mobos already been replaced once by OCUK, but they only changed the BIOS chip, I had a similiar problem before.

AH HA! If your mobo is like mine, it won't boot without a GFX card. Put it in just to make sure that it isn't the problem. Take a look in your mobo manual for what the flashy lights mean

With a grphics card in there it does nothing except flash its lights.
Ill see what the beeps mean with no Graphics card.

Beeps'll prolly mean no GFX card

Check the mobo manual to see what the lights mean

Doesn't say in the book what the lights are.

What I get
Beeeeeep, beep, beep

Of a Site:
1long, 2 short Video adapter error Either video adapter is bad or is not seated properly. Also, check to ensure the monitor cable is connected properly.

Hmm, damn if its the card.
Anyway I can check?

If I plug an Nvidia card in will it at least post if there is a problem with the current card.
Not sure whats wrong ...

ARGH,
Plugged an old card in there and it boots up, I stopped before windows started incase it affected it.
Damn so I have to RMA that card now...

EDIT - Anyone got an ATI card I can borrow till I get a replacement?
