My old HP machine will no longer boot, when i press the on button it literally does nothing.
The PSU has a green LED on the back, which used to light up when it had power (plugged into mains), it doesn't light up anymore.
I've tried another kettle lead, still no-go.
It's a 1.3 athlon, geforce2 mx-200 AGP, 512 PC133, it has a 30 gig IDE HDD, and a 4gig 5 1/2 inch HDD.
All running on a 150 watt psu; is (was) it overloaded?
Does it sound like the PSU has gone? is there anything else i could check? don't wanna spend £20 and find out the it still doesn't work. :\
This is the LED on the back, that makes me think it's gone:
