PC won't boot, unknown debug code.

I've just moved my Pc components in to another case and now it won't boot. I'm getting a debug code on the board display which doesn't seem to exist. At first I thought it was 63 but it doesn't look like a six as the bottom bar of the six is missing.

I've tried different ram in various slots, reseating the CPU, different graphics card, CMOS reset, CMOS battery removal, various HDDs, reconnecting the board power supplies etc.

Not sure what else to do, does anyone know what this code could be? It's an Asrock z68 Extreme 3 board.

Tried taking it out of the case, putting in on a box and making a ghetto test bench build.

I can try that when I'm back a bit later on though. What will it show if it works?

That there is a short somewhere in the case. In my case I had a faulty USB header that caused me massive headaches and failed boots.

Try disconnecting hard drives and optical drives and seeing if you can get a successful boot also.

So, I tried everything in the original post again plus a combination of other things and nothing.

Took it all out, put it in another case and it booted first time.

Transferred it all back to the other case and it was fine!

Glad it's now working but what a pain in the arse.
