pc wont boot up

Hello guys
I am getting an strange error that PC won't boot up. It gets stock on veryfing dmi pool data
I am running a 80gb and a 1tb hard drive from Seagate( the 1tb was an exterior one and I asked my uncle to put inside from the PC
The mobo recognizes everything
But still it stays on the same
My specs are
Intel pentium 4
Nvidia geforce fx 5200
And the hard drive above
Help me
My last time I shutdown the computer well and no progrmans were added

Forgot to ask, what OS are you using?

Windows 7
No drivers intalled
Using the windows mobo driver
Graphics i am using windows vista and works fine
